Samantha Lee, a Dacula, Georgia native, began her career in care at just 14 years old, working for a local veterinarian. She earned her LPN at Lanier Technical College and later earned her Administrator License for Long Term Care Facilities. She is also a Certified Eden Mentor with over 15 years of experience in long-term care, including skilled nursing, restorative care, and assisted living.
Prior to joining Manor Lake, Samantha held administrative roles in skilled nursing and continues to be actively involved in ground-up operations for senior living startups. She joined Manor Lake over four years ago and played a key role in opening Manor Lake Hoschton.
Samantha believes in celebrating staff first, creating joy for residents, and keeping resident care at the heart of everything.
Married with three children, she prides herself as being the company’s dart throwing champion 2 years in a row and believes one of her greatest accomplishments was being voted “Class Clown” her senior year of high school. She also enjoys all types of music and is a loyal fan of the Winder-Barrow Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves.
