Will Creekmore is the President of Manor Lake Management and the Vice President of Development of Manor Lake Development where he plays a primary role in land sourcing, financing, and project management. He previously served as Vice President of Sales with Synergy Solutions Crisp County, LP, where he managed the purchasing and sales of recyclables for three divisions. Prior to this, Mr. Creekmore was Vice President at U.S. Strategic Capital, a boutique investment banking firm located in Atlanta, GA that specializes in private equity, venture capital, and financial institutions. He helped found the firm in 2013 after spending 2 years prior to that with a Dallas, TX based investment banking group. Mr. Creekmore has a BBA in Real Estate and a BBA in Business Management from the University of Georgia. He resides in Canton, GA with his wife, Katie and two children.
